Reflexology
Is a gentle, very relaxing therapy that encourages the body to balance and heal itself. It involves applying finger or thumb pressure to specific points on the feet or hands. These points are called “reflexes” and they reflect the organs of the body as well as a person’s emotional health. In this way the feet and hands are ‘mini maps’ of the body. Reflexology does not claim to be a ‘cure-all’ but numerous different disorders have been successfully treated by this method. These disorders include such things as migraine, sinus problems, hormonal imbalances, breathing disorders, digestive problems, circulatory problems, back problems and tension and stress.
Reflexology can be combined with “Health cocktails” treatment.
